Frequently Asked Questions
How does Confirmi decide which orders are high risk?
Confirmi analyzes multiple signals — including order patterns, delivery performance, and customer behavior — to generate a risk score for every COD order. High-risk orders can then be verified or reviewed before shipping.
Will my customer be charged for the verification call?
No. If automated verification is triggered, Confirmi places the call — your customer does not incur any charges.
What if they don't answer?
If a high-risk order is selected for verification and the customer does not respond after multiple attempts, the order will be marked accordingly (e.g., “No Response”) so you can decide whether to ship, verify manually, or cancel.
Does this work with my store?

Is customer data secure?
Yes. Confirmi processes data securely using encrypted transmission and storage. Sensitive identifiers are hashed or tokenized for aggregation, and we do not expose merchant-specific data across stores.
